Terms of Service

Sofro is a paid AI work agent that helps you manage email, calendar, and documents. You must be at least 16 years old and have a paid subscription to use it. You keep full ownership of your data. We are not liable for AI errors — you are responsible for reviewing everything before approving any action. Subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable after the billing period starts.
1. Agreement
These Terms are a binding agreement with Filip Nikolic trading as Sofro. By signing up for an account, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Sofro uses a human-in-control architecture. All write actions require explicit approval. Sofro never performs write actions autonomously on your behalf. Read-only actions execute immediately. Sofro is a monthly subscription service with credits that reset on renewal.
Exception: Your morning and evening briefs are generated automatically on a schedule you configure. Brief generation reads your email and calendar data automatically but does not send emails, modify your calendar, or take any write action without your approval.
3. Eligibility
You must be 16 or older, have legal capacity, and have a Microsoft 365 account to use Sofro.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information, secure your credentials, and notify us if your account is compromised. One account is permitted per person.
5. Subscription and Billing
| 5.1 Plans | Standard €50/mo 1,000 credits. Pro €90/mo 2,000 credits. Team €130/seat/mo 2,000 credits per active member (up to 50 seats; contact us for Enterprise). All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at checkout based on your location and applicable tax laws. Swedish customers will be charged 25% VAT. Business customers with a valid EU VAT ID may be eligible for VAT reverse charge — enter your VAT ID at checkout. |

| 5.5 Refunds | Non-refundable after billing period starts. Exception: 48h+ outage gets pro-rata credit at our discretion. |
| 5.6 Cancellation | End of billing period. No fees. Access until period end. |
| 5.7 Failed Payments | 7 day grace then suspension. Data retained during suspension. |
| 5.8 Price Changes | 30 days notice. |
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not use Sofro for unlawful activity.
- Do not infringe intellectual property rights.
- Do not send spam, harassment, or abusive communications.
- Do not upload malware or harmful content.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
- Do not misuse Microsoft, Stripe, Clerk, or other integrations.
- Do not manipulate human-in-control safety mechanisms.
- Do not submit sensitive credentials, payment cards, or passwords into chat.
- Do not reverse engineer or abuse the service.
- Do not use Sofro where professional legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice is required.
7. AI Content and Your Responsibility
AI may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing all output before approving any action. Sofro is not professional advice.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Sofro connects to Microsoft 365 (Outlook and Calendar) via OAuth. OAuth authorisation is required. You may revoke access anytime from Settings.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 You retain ownership of all created content.
9.2 Sofro IP is owned by Filip Nikolic.
9.3 You grant Sofro the right to use feedback to improve the service.
10. Privacy Reference
The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.
11. Availability
There is no uptime guarantee. We monitor system status continuously. If we discontinue the service, we will provide 30 days notice with a pro-rata refund.
12. Limitation of Liability
Sofro is provided as-is. We are not liable for consequential damages. Liability is capped at 3 months fees, with carve-outs for death, injury, and fraud.
13. Indemnification
You indemnify Sofro for misuse of the service.
14. Account Termination
14.1 Upon account deletion, your personal data including conversations, generated files, and connected integration tokens will be deleted immediately. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Swedish accounting law.
14.2 We can terminate for breach, non-payment, or fraud. Pro-rata refund applies if we terminate without cause.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. We ask you to try informal resolution first. Disputes are heard in Swedish courts. The EU ODR platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16. EU Consumer Rights
You waive the withdrawal right under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive for immediate digital access.
17. Changes
We provide 14 days notice. You may cancel before the effective date.
18. Severability
If any section is unenforceable, the remaining sections continue to apply.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Sofro.
